A ray of sunshine amidst the back-to-Parliament gloom: a Hill tea party

Last week Parliament was finally back after the two-month prorogation period, which was starting to become in the minds of the Liberals what the sponsorship scandal is for the Conservatives: the ultimate act of evil from which there can be no redemption. But unlike with the sponsorship scandal, the Liberals aren't poised to win any elections over the temporary shuttering of Parliament that ended on March 3.
