You call that recalibration?

A week after the return of Parliament, the Conservatives and the Liberals remain more or less deadlocked in voting intentions, with the NDP and the Bloc Québécois in a holding pattern.

OTTAWA—The early public opinion verdict on Stephen Harper's winter-long attempt to recalibrate his government is in and the popular consensus is that it was a non-event.

According to the latest Ekos-CBC poll, neither the Throne Speech nor the budget elicited more than a passing shrug outside Parliament Hill. An earlier Harris-Decima survey came up with similar results.
