CTV's Richardson prepares to jump to local Ottawa anchor's job, taking over for Keeping

Filling in veteran Ottawa news co-anchor Max Keeping's shoes is "huge" and "daunting," but "it's going to be fun, different and challenging," says outgoing CTV Parliament Hill national news reporter Graham Richardson.
